# Agent Pets

> Agent Pets is a downloadable library of animated desktop companions for the Codex app. The public catalog includes live motion previews, complete pet packages, and visible quality-assurance artifacts.

## Install

1. Download a pet ZIP from its catalog detail page.
2. Extract it into `${CODEX_HOME:-$HOME/.codex}/pets/<pet-id>/`.
3. Restart Codex or reload its pet list.
